Return Policy

All sales are final as all jewelry is handmade just for you!

We accept returns if and only if you will be able to send us a video of you OPENING THE PARCEL. Please email us the video at qanahitta@gmail.com within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. Once this has been processed, you can return the item to us and once we receive it we will immediately ship you the replacement.

We do not accept refunds.
